2021 Cherubino Ovale Bianco
Full bodied and crisp on the palate. Notes of pear and red apples from the Arneis and citrus and spice contributed by the Riesling.
Hand picked Riesling & Arneis were transferred to 2-4 year old oak puncheons. The wine fermented naturally and then matured for 11 months prior to bottling.
